Casa de Luz is located in the lovely resort of Playa Blanca, on the southern most tip of Lanzarote, within the quiet residential area of Faro Park. The villa has a large upstairs terrace and enjoys spectacular sea-views across to Fuerteventura, which is a short ferry trip away. The upstairs terrace faces south-west and makes a great spot for enjoying a long drink whilst watching the sunset. The villa has a backdrop of volcanic mountains.
Casa de Luz is a luxury villa which was completed in January 2004, it has marble floors throughout and has been furnished to a high standard. The villa sleeps six, plus infant. The villa enjoys its own heated swimming pool which ensures water temperatures of around 28c. It is located at the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac. It is approx 50m from spectacular rugged coastline and the coastal path. The villa makes a great base for a relaxing family holiday.
Accommodation is split over two floors. Downstairs - large entrance hall, twin bedrooms, large bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room, lounge with double doors opening onto south facing terraces. Upstairs - master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, dressing area with door to roof terrace. Outside there is a large terrace area with built in barbeque and a choice of dining areas, the garden is well planted with exotic shrubs and the property faces south ensuring that the pool is in direct sunlight all day.
