Luxury 3 bed villa in coastal setting, 2 bathrooms, private heated pool, quiet residential area. Sleeps 6 plus infant (cot and high chair provided). Weekly maid service for mini clean and towel change (when booking for two weeks). Car recommended for easy access to resort and shops, but local rental charges are very reasonable and car hire easily arranged in advance by emailing a number of suppliers based at the airport. We use www.autoreisen.es and have found them very competitive with good quality vehicles and they have an office in the arrivals hall.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Upstairs- Master bedroom - with king size wrought iron bed, window with uninterrupted views to Fuerteventura, (window also fitted with pull down insect screen) large ensuite with toilet, bidet, bath, separate shower, vanity unit. Dressing area with dressing table and large fitted wardrobes. Door leading to - Roof terrace which has panoramic sea views and its south westerly aspect makes it a great place for sun-set watching.
Downstairs - Twin bedrooms overlooking pool and garden, both have large fitted wardrobes and shutters with insect screens.
Large bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, bath with shower over.
Fully fiitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
Lounge with ample seating and double doors opening into south facing terraces. TV with SKY TV, DVD player, CD player.
Utility room with washer, ironing board, iron, general storage.
Covered dining porch with large table and built in barbeque. Front terrace with further large dining table, adjacent to the pool.
Ample other outdoor seating - cane table and chairs, sun loungers etc. All loungers have padded seat covers.
Heated swimming pool is set to maintain a temperature is around 28c.
Linen/Cleaning - All linen is provided including towels for indoor use. NO BEACH TOWELS are provided. A weekly cleaning service is provided including cleaning and maintenance of the pool.
GARDEN - There is a large garden area which is well planted with exotic flowering shrubs.
